PR tributes for a legend: empowering the next generation of Jim Clark fans

Widely regarded as one of the greatest and naturally gifted motor racing drivers of all time, but tragically killed at the height of his career, Jim Clark is a national hero for Scotland and remains an international sporting icon of the 1960s.

Formed by Jim Clark’s parents, James and Helen, in 1978, the Jim Clark Trust remains under the guidance of the family, with family trustees Ian Calder and Doug Niven, nephew and cousin of Jim, alongside community leaders from Scottish Borders Council.

Supporting the Trust and its endeavours, Newspress Creative provides PR strategy, content and distribution services, promoting the organisation’s fundraising activities as it works on a new and expanded museum in the racer’s home town of Duns, due to open in 2019.
