Working with both the client and the events and communication team of Goodwood, Newspress was the agency behind the sports car manufacturer’s return to the world-famous motoring event. Coinciding with the marque’s 70th anniversary year, Lotus’ presence at Goodwood was the centre piece of the brand’s media activity for the year.
Orchestrating a number of announcements and events over the four days, as well as the communications activity in the lead up to the festival, the research, drafting, editing of content covered new models, anniversary announcements and VIP events.
Managing the assets of each activity, Newspress was responsible for distribution in advance under embargo, delivering off-line electronic content to media guests attending on the day as well as distribution to the world’s automotive media. This included content prepared in advance, as well as that captured during the event.
